Stephanie Pearce Therapy LLC welcomes feedback & the opportunity to address program participant grievances. Grievances, continuing education approval & attendance questions & any complaints/concerns about course content, facilities or speakers/instructors, should be directed to :

If a participant or potential participant would like to express a concern about his/her/their learning experience, he/she/they may email Stephanie Pearce at info@stephaniepearcetherapy.com Although we do not guarantee a particular outcome, the individual can expect us to consider the complaint, make any necessary decisions and a response within 30 days. The social work consultant (Mrs. Kathy Couch) will be involved in all grievance resolutions for social workers & other professional affliations.
Refund Policy
A full refund can be made if participation is canceled within 7 business days of course date. If cancellation is not provided within the 7 days cancellation time period, participant will forfeit their registration & course fee & no refund will be given. No-shows are not eligible for a refund. Failure to attend without prior notification (no-shows) will not qualify for a refund. Please note there is not an option to switch from live webinar registration to a self-paced course fomat at this time. All other situations will be handled on a case by case basis. Replacement documents can be replicated in the event they are lost or are unavailable. Stephanie Pearce Therapy LLC reserves the right to charge an administrative fee of $10.00 per document for replacement if the request over 30 days from when the document was originally issued.
