If a grievance arises pertaining to continuing education activities or processes, please contact Tyler Gibson via confidential email to tyler@celearningsystems.com as soon as possible, so that the nature of the concern may be addressed in a timely fashion. Mr. Gibson can also be contacted for CE certificate manners.


A full refund can be made if participation is canceled within 7 business days of course date. If cancellation is not provided within the 7 days cancellation time period, participant will forfeit their training fee & no refund will be given. No-shows are not eligible for a refund. Exceptions to this policy are limited to medically documented circumstances or family bereavements. Failure to attend without prior notification (no-shows) will not qualify for a refund.

if a participant or potential participant would like to express a concern about his/her/their experience with The Path Forward webinar, he/she/they may email Stephanie Pearce at info@stephaniepearcetherapy.com Although we do not guarantee a particular outcome, the individual can expect us to consider the complaint, make any necessary decisions and a response within 30 days. The social work consultant (Mrs. Kathy Couch) will be involved in all grievance resolutions for social workers.
